If a pool doesn't reach the minimum order quantity by the deadline, all deposits are fully refunded to participants. We'll notify you if this happens and may extend the pool period if there's strong interest.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volume and weight of the consolidated shipment. Costs are then divided proportionally among pool participants based on their order quantity and size.

You can cancel your participation within 24 hours of joining for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee depending on how close the pool is to closing.

Typically, pool buying takes 4-6 weeks from joining to delivery. This includes 1-2 weeks for the pool to close, 1-2 weeks for production, and 2-3 weeks for shipping and customs clearance.

All suppliers are vetted by JKA TRADE and must meet our quality standards. We provide product samples before bulk orders, and all shipments include basic cargo insurance. Defective products are eligible for returns or replacements.
